Purchasing Items on Eleè

Eleè tries to describe the items available on the website as accurately as possible, and show the most up-to-date product packaging available. Eleè does not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free, or that product packaging shown on the website will match the actual product that you receive. If a product described on the website is not as described when you receive it, or the packaging on the site does not match the product you have received, your sole remedy is to return it to us in unused and undamaged condition in accordance with our Return Policy.

Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders (from date of confirmation email). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products  for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees). Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by Juvele unless there was a shipping error or product damage.

Upon receipt of the returned products please allow up to 45 days to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.

Please email us immediately if order arrived damaged or in case of packing error. Please include your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately.

Important Note: Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for any costs incurred for insuring and shipping your order back to us unless there was a shipping error or product damage.
